Rooted in faith, driven by the Great Commission, and united in the love of Jesus Christ.
World Missions Fellowship was established by a group of passionate believers in Calgary, Alberta, who shared a deep conviction that the Church is called to carry the Gospel message to every corner of the earth. What began as a small prayer group dedicated to interceding for the nations has grown into a dynamic fellowship that actively supports missionaries, church planters, and community outreach programs across multiple continents.
Our fellowship is built on the foundation of Scripture. We gather weekly to worship, study God's Word, and equip one another for the work of ministry. We believe that every believer — regardless of age, background, or gifting — has a role to play in God's global mission.
Through partnerships with churches in Sub-Saharan Africa, leadership training programs, and local community engagement in Calgary, we strive to be faithful stewards of the calling God has placed on this fellowship.
To advance the Christian faith by promoting global missions awareness, supporting the spiritual growth of believers, and actively participating in the spread of the Gospel — both locally in Calgary and internationally through our mission partnerships.
To see every nation, tribe, and tongue reached with the transforming message of Jesus Christ — building a global community of believers who are equipped, empowered, and sent to make disciples of all nations.
We hold the Bible as the inspired, inerrant Word of God and the ultimate authority for faith, conduct, and ministry.
Prayer is the heartbeat of our ministry. We seek God's guidance in all things and worship Him in spirit and truth.
We are committed to the Great Commission, supporting missionaries and church planters to reach every unreached community.
We believe in the power of authentic fellowship — walking together in love, accountability, and mutual encouragement.
Following Jesus' example, we serve those in need with humility and compassion — meeting both spiritual and physical needs.
We are committed to raising mature believers through intentional discipleship, Bible teaching, and mentoring relationships.
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, fully trustworthy, and the supreme standard for all faith, life, and conduct.
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — each fully God, each sharing equally in all divine perfections.
We believe salvation is a gift of God received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is not earned by human works but given freely by God's grace.
We believe Jesus commands all believers to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them and teaching them to obey everything He commanded.
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, a community of believers called to worship God, edify one another, and proclaim the Gospel worldwide.
We believe in the personal, visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ. This blessed hope motivates our urgency in spreading the Gospel to all nations.
Our fellowship is guided by dedicated servants of God who are passionate about advancing the Kingdom of Christ.
